Shipping & Delivery Policy

We make our products with love and care, and that takes time.

To deliver the product to you in reasonable time, provide us a complete delivery address with pincode, house/door number as well as a phone number for the delivery team to coordinate when needed.

If the ordered product is in stock, it gets QC checked, packed, and dispatched  from our warehouse within 3 working days excluding Sundays and holidays.

For out of stock product and advanced-orders, sourcing, production and packing itself can take upto 10 days. We then have them dispatched within next 3 working days. In such cases please expect delivery to happen within 15 days of order being placed.

For custom made or bulk orders, we shall inform you at the time of placing the order about the delivery times but in any case it shall not be less than 15 days.

The Delivery partners shall attempt to deliver your orders to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm on working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Adverse weather conditions and roadblocks, etc. and other factors can impact product delivery. We shall try to keep you informed of the status of your dispatch.
